Preparation

Step 1 :

Crush the Marie biscuits and mix with butter. Later in a pie dish or any flat glass bowl, pat it firmly down with your hands and freeze in the fridge for 20-25 mins.

Step 2 :

Mix the mango purée, hung curd and powdered sugar with hand beater. Then add the fresh cream. Lastly add the gelatine and mix well. Pour onto the biscuit pie and decorate with mango.

Step 3 :

Set in the refrigerator for 30 mins. Then shift it down and keep in the fridge.
