Greek Yogurt Infused Kebab

Indulge in this deep-fried treat made from paneer, besan and cornflour. The infusion of Epigamia Greek yogurt, takes the taste to a whole new level.

Preparation

Step 1 :

Pour the Epigamia Greek yougurt in a bowl.

Step 2 :

Mix the Greek yogurt with onions, green chilies and ginger and garlic paste.

Step 3 :

Add the red chili powder, salt, black pepper and coriander powder to the mixture and mix evenly.

Step 4 :

In a separate bowl, mix together the corn flour, besan and paneer.

Step 5 :

Divide the Greek yogurt mixture into small, bite sized balls and bind them with the besan and paneer mixture.

Step 6 :

Deep fry the yougurt balls in hot oil until golden brown.

Step 7 :

Garnish with finely chopped corriander leaves and serve hot with your choice of dipping sauce.

Step 8 :

Enjoy!
