Mix 1 cup of balsamic vinegar, 1/4 cup granulated and pinch of salt and bring to a boil over medium heat. Keep boiling till the mixture is thickened and reduced to a thick consistency. Set aside to cool.

In a large bowl mix the cucumber, tomatoes, avocados, lettuce, olives, red onions, olive oil, Italian seasoning, chili flakes, salt and pepper.

Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the pizza base and bake in the oven until the cheese is melted and golden brown. Take out of the oven and let it cool.

Spread the vegetable mixture (prepared in Step 2) over the pizza base. Add crumbled feta cheese and drizzle the prepared balsamic glaze. Slice and serve immediately.
