Preparation

Step 1 :

Soak 200 gm moong daal for overnight remove excess water and make paste of it using mixer,add a pinch of hing, garlic paste,salt and blend it for 10 mins using fingers then deep fry dumplings of mixture.Put them in cold water till half an hour once they turn golden.

Step 2 :

Grind dates,tamarind paste and sugar together to make sweet red chutney.

Step 3 :

Grind coriander leaves,green chilly,lemon juice and salt for sour chutney.

Step 4 :

Now take 500 gm yogurt and add sugar as per your taste.Blend it till texture becomes smooth.

Step 5 :

Prepare powder of roasted cumin seeds.

Step 6 : For Serving

Pour some yogurt on plate and keep a vada over it.Pour more yogurt mix and the both chutneys, sprinkle some roasted cumin seeds powder.
