Flavoured Chilla

An excellent option for a healthy breakfast, this recipe is a hit among all age groups. It is colourful, wholesome and packed with nutrients. Adding Fresho paneer makes this preparation more protein rich.

Preparation

Step 1 :

Add curd, powdered spices, salt, ginger garlic paste in a bowl and whisk the ingredients together.

Step 2 :

Take 2 cups of Fresho idli-dosa batter in another bowl and add baking soda, mashed paneer, roasted capsicum, green chilli and coriander paste and grated coconut. Mix well.

Step 3 :

Add the whisked curd to the batter.

Step 4 :

Heat dosa pan on medium flame, grease it with butter and pour the batter with a ladle. Smooth it out in a circular motion.

Step 5 :

Add some butter at the edges of the chilla.

Step 6 :

Cook until it turns slightly brown and becomes crisp.

Step 7 :

Serve hot with mint chutney and tamarind chutney.
