Stir fried Idly

This gluten-free recipe is easy to prepare and tasty too. Concocted out of idly batter and vegetables like tomatoes, carrot and beans, it is super nutritious. The dish is enjoyed by fussy children as well!

Preparation

Step 1 :

Prepare the idlis with the batter. Then cut them into small pieces. Chop onion carrot, tomatoes, beans green chillies and keep aside.

Step 2 :

Take a pan and heat oil, add rai, jeera, curry leaves, bengal gram. After it crackles, add turmeric and ginger garlic paste. Then add onion and green chllies and sauté.

Step 3 :

Add carrots, beans, mint leaves and fry. Add tomatoes and little salt.

Step 4 :

Now put the idly pieces then stir fry. Add all the sauces one by one. After stirring, add lemon juice and chopped coriander leaves to garnish. Turn off the heat and serve immediately.
