Step 1 :
Chop onion, green chilis and tomatoes finely.
Step 2 :
Chop coriander leaves and add all the ingredients except tomato with dosa dough.
Step 3 :
Add cumin seeds and salt. Make thick dosas out of the batter.
Step 4 :
Sprinkle the tomatoes on the dosa and turn them carefully. After cooking both the sides, remove the 'Tomato Coriander Utappam' from the tava and serve.
Step 5 :
Serve with coconut chutney.
