Preparation

Step 1 :

Put ghee in a kadhai and heat it.

Step 2 :

Add the entire condensed milk into it and let it simmer on the gas.

Step 3 :

After few seconds, add the powdered milk and stir continuously. Make sure the flame is low and the mixture does not burn. Keep stirring continuously until the mixture starts leaving the kadhai.

Step 4 :

Add some cardamom powder for flavour. If needed, add a few more drops of ghee.

Step 5 :

Remove from the gas and keep aside. Let the mixture cool.

Step 6 :

Now spread some ghee on your palm and make small balls out of the mixture. Flatten them in the shape of pedas.

Step 7 :

Add almonds on top and serve.
