A popular delicacy of the summers, Aamras is basically a mango pulp that can be easily prepared in a short time. You can enjoy it separately or have it with chapatti or poori.

Step 1 :

Peel and chop one ripe mango.

Step 2 :

Add 2-4 spoons of sugar.

Step 3 :

Add one cup milk.

Step 4 :

Place all ingredients into the mixture.

Step 5 :

Blend it well.

Step 6 :

Pour in to bowl and refrigerate it few hours.

Step 7 :

The dessert is ready to serve.
