For Dough
Step 1 :
In a bowl, add yeast, water, sugar and mix it well. Add refined flour, salt and mix again. After that, add milk slowly and make a soft dough. Add olive oil. Keep the dough for resting.
For Sauce
Step 1 :
Wash the tomato, cut in to 1 by 8 and make a thick puree of it. Chop garlic and onion finely. Take a sauce pan, add olive oil and heat it. Add chopped garlic and sauté it. Add onion and saute it till the onion turns pink in colour. After that, add tomato puree and cook it well. At last add salt, pepper, oregano, chilli flakes and again cook for 4-5 minutes.
Step 2 :
Your pizza sauce is ready.

Now your pizza dough and sauce is ready.
Step 2 :
From the dough, take 150 gm of dough and roll the pizza. Apply the pizza sauce and cheese. Bake it at 250 degree Celsius for 10 minutes in a pre-heated oven.
Step 3 :
Your pizza is ready for serve.
Step 4 :
Apply oregano and chilly flakes on top & serve hot
