This cheese vegetable sandwich is loved by all age groups. It is healthy as well as delicious.

Preparation

Step 1 :

Boil potato and mash them. Cut the cucumber and tomato in circles and grate 1/4 carrot. Add salt, chat masala and red chilli flakes.

Step 2 :

Cut the sides of bread (if you want). Add tomato sauce, mashed potatoes, tomato, cucumber and carrot. Grate cheese on it and pour a little more tomato sauce.

Step 3 :

Place the second slice of bread on it. Grease the sides of the toaster with a little oil and grill the bread in it.
