Add butter in a pan over medium heat. Let the butter melt and then add minced garlic. Add maida and cook till the raw smell disappears. Stir continuously while adding milk to get a smooth white sauce.

Add boiled corn and then capsicum in the white sauce. Allow it to boil for 5 minutes. Add cheese and let it melt completely. Season it with Italian seasoning,pepper and salt
For Paneer Keema

In a kadai add olive oil and onion and saute till golden brown. Add ginger garlic paste, tomato puree followed by chilly powder and cook till it becomes dry. Now add the grated paneer, garam masala and add salt to taste. Let it cook for 5 minures. Now the paneer keema is ready.
Layering Lasagna

To assemble the lasagna first coat the baking dish with butter. Spread the paneer keema mixture as a bottom layer and then goes in the white sauce and then place the lasagna sheets on top of it. Repeat it to form layers and finally top it up with more cheese. Cover with foil and bake the lasagna at 180? preheated oven for 40 minutes. Remove the foil and broil it for another 5 minutes. Let the lasagna rest for 15 minutes before serving.
