It is hard to go wrong with a veg cheese sandwich. Add sautéed filling for a better taste.

Preparation

Step 1 :

In a pan on medium heat, add 1 spoon butter, 2 spoons of ginger, garlic and coriander paste.

Step 2 :

Add small pieces of capsicum, cabbage, onions, tomato.

Step 3 :

Add chilli flakes, oregano, salt.

Step 4 :

Saute for 5 minutes.

Step 5 :

Spread cheese on the bread and add mixture of the pan. Sprinkle oregano and chilli flakes.

Step 6 :

Close with another bread piece.

Step 7 :

Use butter to fry both sides in a pan.
