Soya Cheese Kabab

Yummy and healthy kababs prepared from soya chunks, veggies and cheese. Enjoy them as evening snacks or carry them in the tiffin boxes.

Preparation

Step 1 :

Soak soya chunks for 10 minutes in hot water. Remove it. Press and remove the excess water.

Step 2 :

Grind it in a mixer (The paste should not be too smooth).

Step 3 :

Remove and place it in a bowl. Add ginger garlic paste, chopped onion, capsicum, black pepper powder, bread crumbs, coriander leaves, carrot, mayonnaise, potato, green chili, salt and mix all the ingredients well. Make it into a dough-like consistency.

Step 4 :

Apply some oil on you palm and make a little soya dough. Flatten it, put some grated cheese in between the dough and stuff it. Shape like a flat kebab or any other shape you wish.

Step 5 :

Repeat with all the dough pieces and shallow fry.

Step 6 : Serve wiith

Green chutney or tomato sauce.
