Ingredients

100 gm Maida 1 teaspoon Sugar

1 teaspoon Baking soda 1 tablespoon Baking Powder

4 Eggs 4 Ripe bananas

100 gm Butter 1 teaspoon Vanilla essence/Extract

Cooking Steps

Preparation

Step 1 :

In a bowl, add 100 gm flour, 100 gm sugar, 1tsp of baking soda, 1 tbsp. of baking powder and 1/2 tsp. of salt. Mix thoroughly.

Step 2 :

In another bowl, add 4 eggs, 4 ripe mashed bananas, 100 gm of butter and 1 tbsp. of vanilla essence. Beat the mixture with a hand blender until it turns fluffy.

Step 3 :

Add the ingredients of the first bowl into the second one. Mix thoroughly.

Step 4 :

Grease the baking tray with butter and set the oven temperate for 180?. Preheat the oven and bake the cake for 30 minutes.
