Step 1 :

Cook rice in a separate pan.

Step 2 :

Alongside, cut the curry leaves and green chilies in small portions.

Step 3 :

When the rice is cooked, strain it in a bowl.

Step 4 :

Put another pan on the stove, add mustard oil and a few mustard seeds.

Step 5 :

Let me crackle then put green chilies, curry leaves, gram pulse to stir it for 2 minutes.

Step 6 :

Then transfer the cooked rice over it and stir again.

Step 7 :

Later you can sprinkle salt, pepper and turmeric as per your wish.

Step 8 :

Stir it again for 1 minute, then pour lemon juice to over it and switch-off the stove.

Step 9 :

It's done, ready to be served.
