Roast whole betel leaves on the tava with little oil until it turns crisp. Set it aside to cool. Later, crush it to a powder.

Mix rice flour, corn flour, salt, red chilli powder, chat masala, mixed spice powder and two spoons of heated oil with roasted and crushed betel leaves. Mix it well and by adding water little by little, make a thick dough. Set it aside for half an hour.

Take the dough and make small pakodas. Deep fry in oil until they turn golden brown.
