For the Chocolate Cups
Step 1 :
Put the silicon moulds in the freezer for about 15 minutes.
Step 2 :
Meanwhile, melt 350g of dark chocolate in a bowl using a double boiler or microwave.
Step 3 :
Fill the silicon mould with the chocolate and tap to remove air bubbles.
Step 4 :
Let it sit for 5 minutes at room temperature.
Step 5 :
Now reverse the mould to remove excess chocolate from the centre so that we get only the outer shell.
Step 6 :
Freeze for 5 minutes and unmould.
For Decoration
Step 1 :
Melt white chocolate.
Step 2 :
Put it in a piping bag or a zip lock bag (cut a corner).
Step 3 :
On an acetate sheet make a spiral.
For filling
Step 1 :
Crush the biscuits coarsely and divide this mixture in between the chocolate cups.
Step 2 :
Blend paneer and yogurt till smooth.
Step 3 :
Melt the chocolate in microwave or double boiler.
Step 4 :
Make chocolate truffle by mixing Amul cream and melted chocolate together.
Step 5 :
Add paneer-yogurt mixture in the truffle.
Step 6 :
Mix whipped cream. Add few drops of essence.
Step 7 :
Pour over the crushed biscuits.
Step 8 :
Decorate with a spiral of white chocolate.
Step 9 :
Refrigerate before serving.
