In a frying pan, add 1tsp butter or oil. When the butter melts, add chopped garlic first and later onion. Fry till it turns golden brown. Add tomatoes and cook till it gets mushy.

Add pineapple, chilli powder and salt. Cook till the masala blends well with pineapple (3-4 minutes). Add sugar and garam masala and stir it. Switch off the stove and add coriander leaves.

Make a thin crispy dosa with Fresho batter and apply the masala over the dosa. Roll and serve it.
