Preparation

Step 1 :

Beat three eggs into a bowl with 1/2 cup milk and 1/2 teaspoon of salt. Whisk it well.

Step 2 :

(You can stain the mixture to remove excess the fat and get a good texture. You can also directly use the mixture.) Add chopped carrot, onion, spring onion, pepper and mix well.

Step 3 :

Spray your frying pan with oil or use 5 drops of oil and spread it with a brush/spatula.

Step 4 :

Take the mixture depending on the pan size and spread it along the sides of pan.

Step 5 :

Cook for 1/2 mint until half way cooked.

Step 6 :

Roll it halfway up to middle.

Step 7 :

Grease the pan and transfer the half made roll to it. Put 1/4 mixture to the side of unrolled part. In this manner, you can use the whole mixture and roll it slowly.

Step 8 :

You will get a thick layer of egg. Now cut it as per size required and enjoy with sauce or other dips.
