Preparation

Step 1 :

Make sugar syrup (2 cup sugar dissolved in 1 cup water) and keep aside.

Step 2 :

Crush dry fruits to a fine powder and keep for garnishing.

Step 3 :

In a frying pan, heat some oil.

Step 4 :

Meanwhile in a bowl, take flour, cardamom powderand sugar syrup. Mix well. Use water to make a thick consistent paste.

Step 5 :

With the help of spoon release small amount of batter into the oil, like making pakodas.

Step 6 :

Fry till golden. Take out in the plate and sprinkle dry fruit powder on hot gulgules.

Step 7 :

Serve well with rabdi.
