Cooked Rice Pakoda

A self-invention to use the leftover cooked rice. It’s perfect for a rainy evening.

Preparation

Step 1 :

Put all ingredients in a big bowl.

Step 2 :

Mix them well.

Step 3 :

You do not need to add water. But if you need to, add very little water and make like thick dough.

Step 4 :

Pour oil in a pan and heat it.

Step 5 :

Take a handful of the dough, shape it as a pakoda and put it in the pan. Repeat process.

Step 6 :

Fry them till they become light brown in colour.
