A delectable fusion of Indian and Mughlai cuisine with the goodness of quinoa. The kasori methi further adds to the flavour!

Preparation

Step 1 :

Boil the quinoa with salt. Strain it and keep aside.

Step 2 :

Heat a kadai with olive oil and add cardamom, clove, cinnamon, tomato, onion, garlic, ginger, cashew nut and fry well.

Step 3 :

After 3 minutes, switch off the stove and keep it aside to cool down. Then add coconut milk and grind it to a smooth paste. Strain it to make a smooth texture.

Step 4 :

Once again, heat a kadai and pour this smooth masala paste. Let it cook for a minute.

Step 5 :

Then add tomato sauce, salt and turmeric. Add kasuri methi, boiled quinoa and paneer slices. Check the thickness of the gravy and add milk if required in it.

Step 6 :

Serve it hot.
