Preparation

Step 1 :

Grease an 8 inch by 8 inch glass baking tray with butter.

Step 2 :

Preheat the oven to 180 degree celsius.

Step 3 :

Mix quinoa with the three spices and layer it on the tray.

Step 4 :

Sprinkle grated apple and raisins on top.

Step 5 :

Whisk eggs, soyamilk and honey and pour it on top.

Step 6 :

Top it with almonds.

Step 7 :

Bake for 50 minutes.

Step 8 :

Refrigerate overnight, microwave and serve with Greek yogurt.
