Preparation

Step 1 :

Make the dough out of maida.

Step 2 :

Take a pan and add all the vegetables, preboiled quinoa, garlic and mix well. Keep the pan on a low flame.

Step 3 :

Once the vegetables and quinoa turns golden brown, switch off the flame and remove the pan.

Step 4 :

Make 4 inch chapatis, shape them in to a cone and close the sides with water.

Step 5 :

Add the vegetables in and bind the corners.

Step 6 :

Now heat the oven and place the filled samosa bites in a tray. Place in it oven and sprinkle few drops of oil on it. Keep the heat as medium high (110-degree Celsius).

Step 7 :

Remove after 20 minutes. They are ready to eat!
