Low Fat Healthy Vegan Pancakes

These low-fat, weight-loss pancakes are very healthy, vegan and have only 3 ingredients, making it super easy to make!

For Chocolate sauce(optional)

Cooking Steps

Preparation

Step 1 :

In a blender add oats and blend it until it becomes fine flour consistency.

Step 2 :

Add milk, banana and blend again until it becomes a smooth batter.

Step 3 :

Add coconut sugar and cinnamon powder (Would be highly recommended if you are using unsweetened almond milk) and blend it again.

Step 4 :

Let the batter sit briefly while heating pan over medium heat.

Step 5 :

Spoon one pancake worth of the mixture into the pan.

Step 6 :

Flip when you see bubbles in the middle of the pancake, or if the edges are looking stiffened.

Step 7 :

Repeat until the batter is gone. Keep aside.

For Chocolate Sauce

Step 1 :

In a blender add socked pitted dates, cocoa powder and water to adjust consistency.

For Serving

Step 1 :

Place the pancakes in to the plate and top it with chocolate sauce, banana slices and nuts of your choice.
