Relished by everybody, aloo cheese roll is a delicious snack that can be enjoyed anytime the mood calls for it.

Preparation

Step 1 :

Take 2-3 medium sized potatoes, cut them into half and boil in pressure cooker for 10 minutes.

Step 2 :

Then, peel the skin of potatoes and put it in a bowl. Add pieces of white bread (1-2 slices).

Step 3 :

Add maida or chana dal flour, mix it well. To make it more nutritious, you can optionally add vegetables like boiled carrot, peas, beans, etc.

Step 4 :

Add finely chopped green chilies (1-2). Add salt to taste, ajwain, garam masala and coriander leaves.

Step 5 :

Put small amount of water and around 3-4 drops of lemon juice and make it a soft dough.

Step 6 :

After this, make small rolls of this and fill in a spoon of Amul cheese (garlic flavour is my favourite). Close the rolls by rolling them in oats powder. This will to make them more crispy.

Step 7 :

Take a frying pan and add enough oil for a deep fry. After the oil gets heated, take the rolls and slowly put them one by one and let them fry well.

Step 8 :
