Cheese Stuffed Chicken

Being a chicken and cheese lover, this recipe is a must for me. It is easy to make and tickles the taste buds.

Preparation

Step 1 :

Wash and clean chicken breasts. Drain the excess water.

Step 2 :

Marinate it with a mixture of lemon juice, chilli powder (1 teaspoon), garam masala (half teaspoon) and salt as per taste. Keep aside for half an hour (the more time, the better).

Step 3 :

Cut a 3-inch slit into the thick side of each chicken breast to form a pocket, being careful to not cut completely through the flesh to the other side.

Step 4 :

Prepare a mixture of grated Amul pizza cheese and Amul cheese cubes with oregano flakes.

Step 5 :

Stuff the chicken with the cheese mixture.

Step 6 :

Take a non-stick pan. Pour some oil and heat it. Fry the chicken on both sides until it’s well cooked.

Step 7 :

Serve hot with tomato sauce and mayonnaise.
