Take the grated potatoes in a bowl and add onion, capsicum, salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder, ginger garlic paste, cornflour, bread crumbs, lemon juice, red chilli flakes, mixed herb seasoning, fresh coriander and grated cheese. Mix well and keep it aside.

In a bowl, mix maida and water. Make solution and keep it aside.

Take breadcrumbs in a plate for coating.

Take potato mixture and make small round balls with the help of greased palms.

Dip all the balls in the prepared maida solution one by one. Remove the excess and roll it in the breadcrumbs. Coat each ball on all sides nicely.

Once done, keep them in a refrigerator for 5-10 minutes.

Heat oil in wok and fry the prepared balls in oil for 3-4 minutes or until they turn golden brown.

Once they are fried, take them out on a kitchen towel.

Now they are ready to be served. Put a toothpick in each ball and serve hot with any chutney, ketchup or mayonnaise dip.
