Preparation

Step 1 :

Cut capsicums into rings, remove all the seeds. Saute this in a non-stick pan with some salted butter. Keep it aside.

Step 2 :

In a separate bowl, mix chopped onions, chopped tomatoes, sweet corn, eggs, salt, oregano, chilli flakes.

Step 3 :

Grate some cheese and keep it aside.

Step 4 :

Wait till the egg gets cooked. Once it does, add the grated cheese over the mixture. Wait till the cheese melts.

Step 5 :

Now take the rings from the pan and serve it hot with tomato sauce.
