Prepare the filling by grating some Amul cheese. Add grated carrot, beetroot and cabbage. Add cumin powder, chilli powder, garam masala, salt and ginger paste. Mix them well.

: For chapati :
Take 1 cup of wheat flour, add water and make dough.
Step 3
: For paratha :
Make a ball sized dough and start preparing the chapati. Make a medium sized roti and then add fillings. Make a potli. Remove the excess dough and again make a paratha.

Take non-stick tawa and add 2 tbsp. of Amul butter. Roast paratha from both the side properly. Once done, place it on a serving tray and cut it in 8 pieces like pizza and carefully remove the upper crust. Add crushed papad and grated cheese.

Serve it with Amul masti dahi, green chutney and sauce.
