Preparation

Step 1 :

Heat 1 tbsp. ghee in a pan.

Step 2 :

Add spices half teaspoon each of Kashmiri mirchi, haldi and dhanshak masala.

Step 3 :

Add 200 grams salli.

Step 4 :

Mix it well. Cover it and cook for 5 minutes.

Step 5 :

In a separate bowl, beat 2 eggs.

Step 6 :

Spread the same eggs on the salli and add 2 full slices of Amul cheese covering full base.

Step 7 :

Cover it and cook for 5 minutes till the egg is cooked.

Step 8 :

Cut like a pizza and serve.
