Preparation

Step 1 :

Blend chana dal in mixer and make a paste (do not add water).

Step 2 :

Pour it into a bowl.

Step 3 :

Start to mix all other ingredients except cheese.

Step 4 :

Take Amul mozzarella cheese bar and cut it into slices.

Step 5 :

Wash your hands properly. Your chana dough is ready for making medhu. With the help of your hand make it into round shape and press the cheese slices into it.

Step 6 :

Heat the pan on a medium flame and add oil for deep frying.

Step 7 :

Make a hole the dough.

Step 8 :

Slowly fry all of them.

Step 9 :

Serve with chutney.
