A filling bagel breakfast sandwich that is healthy and tasty!

Preparation

Step 1 :

Slice the bagel.

Step 2 :

Preheat the oven to 200-degree Celsius.

Step 3 :

Place the bagel (cut side up) on the baking tray.

Step 4 :

Spread the oregano flavoured cheese on one side. Top it with tomato slices, salt and pepper. Place the cheese slice on the other bagel half and top it with onion slices, salt and pepper.

Step 5 :

Bake it in the oven for 6-7 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bagel is toasted.

Step 6 :

Close the sandwich and enjoy it with green tea, coffee or juice for breakfast.

Step 7 :

Optionally, make your sandwich a jumbo one with an additional filling of the scramble and ketchup in between the baked slices.
