Preparation
Step 1 :
Take a sauce pan, fill it with water and boil the macaroni. Add 3 to 4 drops of cooking oil.
Step 2 :
Heat the stove and place the frying pan. Add 10 gm of butter and then add the chopped onions. Stir well till it gets golden brown.
Step 3 :
Add the chopped tomato to the pan then add the spices (1/4 tsp red chili powder, 1/4 tsp black pepper powder, ½ tsp sugar, 4 tsp tomato sauce, 1 tsp red chili sauce, 1 tsp green chili sauce)
Step 4 :
Take the boiled macaroni and add it to the frying pan. Sprinkle salt as per taste and add 2 slices of cheese. Let it cook for 2 minutes.
Step 5 :
Mix it well till the cheese gets spread equally. Add 1 tsp of Maggie masala and crushed dry fenugreek leaves.
Step 6 :
Heat the grilling pan and put 2 slices of bread. Spread the cheese slice above the bread, follow it with a cheese spread and macaroni batter. Cover it with another bread slice.
Step 7 :
Add butter to fry both layers of the sandwich and press it gently on both sides when it turns golden brown.
Step 8 :
The sandwich is ready. Serve hot to enjoy!
