A delicious treat! For the biscuit mixture of the tart, I have replaced butter with melted chocolate as lends a more chocolaty taste.

Preparation
Step 1 : Tart Preparation
Grease a 5-inch pie dish with butter and keep it aside.
Step 2 :
Finely grind the bourbon biscuits and mix it with the melted chocolate.
Step 3 :
Mix enough chocolate so that it binds to a dough.
Step 4 :
Now take the pie dish and arrange the bourbon mixture in it. Cover the base and sides.
Step 5 :
Press firmly.
Step 6 :
Leave in the fridge for 20 minutes to set.
Step 7 : Chocolate ganache preparation
Heat cream in a microwave bowl for 1 minute.
Step 8 :
Stir once in between.
Step 9 :
Add this cream to the bowl of dark chocolate and let it sit for a few minutes undisturbed.
Step 10 :
This will allow the chocolate to melt.
Step 11 :
Whisk gently.
Step 12 :
In case any chocolate lumps are still there, microwave it again for 30 seconds.
Step 13 :
Once it is mixed well, add in orange zest.
Step 14 :
Mix again.
Step 15 :
Pour this into the pie tin over the bourbon tart.
Step 16 :
Leave in the fridge for a minimum of 2 hours to set.
Step 17 :
Remove and garnish with little more orange zest.
Cut into wedges and serve.
