Cheese Kabab Roll is a quick recipe for an evening snack. The cheesy inside and crunchy outside makes the dish even more delicious. It's filling as well as easy to prepare.

Ingredients

4 pieces Whole Wheat Bread 4 Cheese Slices

1 Egg 4 pieces Kabab

Water as required Black Pepper to Sprinkle

Oil to deep fry

Cooking Steps

Preparation

Step 1 :

Defrost four pieces of frozen kabab.

Step 2 :

Meanwhile, sprinkle some black pepper on the cheese slice and freeze it for a while.

Step 3 :

Shallow fry the kababs after they are defrosted. Let them cool down.

Step 4 :

Take out the slice cheese with black pepper on it and wrap the kababs with it.

Step 5 :

Now soak the bread in water and wrap the cheese covered kababs.

Step 6 :

Slightly beat the egg in a bowl.

Step 7 :

Heat the oil in a deep pan.

Step 8 :

Once the oil is hot, dip the kababs in the egg and deep fry it.

Step 9 :

Take out the kababs once they turn golden brown.

Step 10 :

Serve it hot with mayonnaise or cheese dip.
