Ingredients

1 Pizza base 6 piece of Cheese Cubes

4 medium Tomatoes 2 teaspoon Oregano

2 teaspoon Chilli flakes Salt to taste

Sugar a pinch 1 tablespoon Mayonnaise

1 teaspoon Tomato ketchup 1 piece of Tomato (sliced)

1 medium Onion (sliced) 1 piece of Capsicum (sliced)

Boneless chicken pieces (boiled and marinated in masala) as per taste

Cooking Steps

Preparation

Step 1 :

Boil for 4 tomatoes in water and peel the skin. Blend it in mixer to a thick consistency paste.

Step 2 :

In a pan on a low flame, add oil and cook the tomato paste. Add a pinch of salt, sugar, chilli flakes and oregano. Out this mixture (pizza sauce) aside.

Step 3 :

Now take the pizza base and spread that pizza sauce. Upon it, spread tomato ketchup and mayonnaise.

Step 4 :

Grate 3 cheese cubes on it. Put sliced tomato, onion and capsicum pieces. Top it with fried boneless masala chicken pieces.

Step 5 :

Grate 3 more cheese cubes on it. At last, put the pizza base on pan on a low flame and cover with a lid.

Step 6 :

After 6 minutes, take the yummy pizza into a plate and cut it into 4 pieces.

Step 7 :

Serve it with tomato ketchup.
