Preparation
Boil the green peas and sweet corn in separate containers. Add a pinch of salt while boiling. Once boiled, keep aside.
In a pan, add 2 spoons of oil. Slightly fry the beans and carrots. Keep aside.
Slightly fry the cashew nuts and course grind them.
For the stuffing- Add grated ginger, finely chopped green chillies, black salt, salt, black pepper powder, roasted jeera powder, raisins and cashew nuts to the vegetables. The stuffing is ready.
Mash the boiled potatoes. Add salt, 2 spoons of corn flour or maida, chopped green chillies, red chilli powder, roasted jeera powder, finely chopped coriander leaves. Mix all the ingredients.
Take handful of the mixed ingredients. Spread it evenly on the palm. Put one cheese slice on to it. Now put the stuffing.
Carefully close the stuffing and make a small roll.
Now dip the roll in the cornflour or maida paste and coat it with bread crumbs.
After preparing all the rolls, keep the rolls in the freezer for 10 minutes.
Take out the rolls from the freezer and fry them in hot oil till it turns golden brown.
Take out the rolls and put it on a tissue paper.
In a square microwave proof container, put all the fried rolls.
Grate the cheese cubes on top of the rolls.
Microwave it for 4 minutes at 180°C.
Serve the Cheezish Rolls with green chutney or imli (tamarind) chutney.
