Preparation

Step 1 :

In bowl, mix grated cheese, onion, chilli flakes, green chillies and set aside.

Step 2 :

In bowl, add wheat flour, 1 tablespoon oil, red chilli powder, garam masala, ajwain and salt. Knead the dough.

Step 3 :

Make a ball of dough and roll it over the chakla (roti maker) like a small roti.

Step 4 :

Take 1 spoon of cheese mixture and place it in the centre. Fold the roti again and make the roti as usual.

Step 5 :

Repeat this procedure. You can make as many paranthas as you wish by filling in the cheese mixture in the roti.

Step 6 :

Once all the rotis are made, shallow fry them with ghee/oil. Serve hot with anar raita.

Step 7 :

For anar raita, in bowl, add curd, anar (pomegranate), salt, roasted jeera powder and black pepper powder.
