Step 1 :
Grate the red cabbage and keep aside.
Step 2 :
Grate the cucumber and tomato into a slightly thick size.
Step 3 :
Chop the red bell pepper into very small pieces.
Step 4 :
Strain the cucumber water with washed hands.
Step 5 :
Mix cucumber, bell pepper and tomato in a bowl.
Step 6 :
Add half of the red cabbage in the mixture.
Step 7 :
Add cheesy jalapeno mayonnaise to it.
Step 8 :
Mix well.
Step 9 :
Now, take a bread piece and cut its sides.
Step 10 :
Flatten it with help of roller or belan.
Step 11 :
Spread the mixture on it.
Step 12 :
Roll the bread slowly so that it does not break.
Step 13 :
Place it with the help of toothpick. Cut the rough sides.
Step 14 :
Cut the roll into two pieces. Make all the rolls like this.
Step 15 :
Keep all the rolls in the refrigerator for 5 minutes.
Step 16 :
Now remove the toothpicks from the rolls.
Step 17 :
Place it on a plate or in a bowl with the red cabbage on the base and serve.
Step 18 :
You can have it with tomato ketchup and fresh juice.
