A very healthy and nutritious recipe made from multi-grain flour providing essential nutrients, proteins, and fiber to every kids' health.

Cooking Steps

Step 1 :

In bowl, add multi grain flour, a pinch of salt, red chili powder, black pepper powder, water and make a batter and mix it well and keep it aside.

Step 2 :

Boil soya granules for about 5-10 minutes, drain water and set aside.

Step 3 :

In fry pan, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil then add zeera then add green chillies.

Step 4 :

When green chillis start to change colors add finely chopped onions and stir fry them for about 5-7 minutes.

Step 5 :

When onions turn slightly light brown then add boiled soya granules.

Step 6 :

Stir fry them for about 3-4 minutes and keep it aside.

Step 7 :

On tawa or fry pan and add olive oil and pour over a little batter of multi-grain atta and make pancake and shallow fry it from both sides.

Step 8 :

Then place 1 spoon of soya filling on the multi-grain pancake and fold it and serve.
