Millet is one of the healthy whole grains. Apart from being gluten free, they are also alkaline and help reduce digestive problems. To make this lemon millet rice, I have used foxtail millet known as navane in Kannada. However, you can use little millet, kodo millet or barnyard millet too. This can be served for breakfast or a meal. Enjoy it with sides such as curd, pickle, vegetable salad or papads.
