This Dal Parantha is a meal by itself with so many healthy ingredients in it.

Step 1 :

Chop onions, coriander leaves, methi leaves and green chilly.

Step 2 :

Crush the peas lightly and scrape the cauliflower florets from top.

Step 3 :

Mix all the ingredients together along with dal and make a dough. If required add little water.

Step 4 :

Take little dough and roll it into a chapati.

Step 5 :

Heat a tawa and fry the parantha using 1 tsp of oil on both sides till it is well cooked.

Step 6 :

Serve hot with pickle and curd.
