This is an easy to make yet yummy dessert!

Cooking Steps

Step 1 :

Boil Hakka noodles in water, add a pinch of salt to it.

Step 2 :

Once cooked, strain the water from the vessel and pour in cold water.

Step 3 :

Take out the noodles onto a plate, apply cornflour to the noodles using your fingers.

Step 4 :

Shape it into cones by rolling the noodles over the cone shaped mould. Grease the mould with a little ghee before rolling the noodles on it.

Step 5 :

Heat a kadai and deep fry the cones till golden brown. Once done, set aside until it cools to room temperature.

Step 6 :

Fill the cones with vanilla ice cream or any ice cream of your choice, serve after decorating it with nuts, fruits or choco chips.
