This quick noodle brunch recipe, are for those lazy days!

Step 1 :

Pressure cook masoor dal with the maggi masala tastemaker, soya nuggets, baby corn, turmeric powder and 100 ml water, for a minute after the first whistle.

Step 2 :

Dissolve the maggi coconut milk powder in the remaining 50 ml water and keep aside.

Step 3 :

Heat oil and stir fry garlic till slightly brown, add red chilli powder, mix well and add to the cooked dal.

Step 4 :

Then, add the dissolved maggi coconut milk powder and vinegar, mix well.

Step 5 :

Cook the maggi noodles in excess water for 2 minutes, drain the water and place in a shallow dish.

Step 6 :

Pour dal and vegetable curry over it. Top it with chopped onions, green chilli, coriander leaves and lime juice.
