This dish is loaded with vegetables, it is not only easy to prepare but delicious at the same time.

Step 1 :

Heat oil; add cardamom, cinnamon and cloves. Then, add onions and garlic. Saute till brown, add tomatoes and green chilli. Cook till the tomatoes soften.

Step 2 :

Add red chilli powder, coriander powder and saunf powder, fry it for a minute. Add carrots, cauliflower, french beans and peas, cook it till tender. Later, add salt.

Step 3 :

Cook maggi 2-minute noodles as per pack instructions. In a serving dish, put half cooked maggi noodles, then put half cooked vegetables. Put the remaining maggi noodles and then top it with the vegetables.

Step 4 :

Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
