Omelette is always a healthy option for breakfast. This recipe only contains egg whites as it has less calories and fat. For a change, shape them into rolls.

Step 1 :

Crack the eggs in a big bowl, separate the egg yolks with a spoon.

Step 2 :

Chop the onion and green chilli.

Step 3 :

Whisk the egg whites, once done add the onion and green chilli in it.

Step 4 :

Chop coriander leaves finely and mix it in the whisked eggs mixture.

Step 5 :

Add salt and pepper in it, mix it well.

Step 6 :

Heat a non-stick pan with 1 tbsp olive oil, pour half the batter and fry it on both sides.

Step 7 :

Similarly, fry the remaining batter. Roll the omelettes separately and cut them in pieces.

Step 8 :

Serve it with tomato ketchup.
