These beans balls are loaded with antioxidants and vitamins A,C and K. It is a healthy appetizer.

Step 1 :

Preheat the oven to 375' F.

Step 2 :

Heat a nonstick pan with 1/3 cup water. Add bell pepper, kale and onion. Saute it for 10 minutes.

Step 3 :

Add soaked chickpeas, sauteed veggies, peas, corn and spices into the food processor and blend it well.

Step 4 :

Next, add oats and blend again.

Step 5 :

Now, prepare tennis size balls out of the mixture.

Step 6 :

Place on a baking sheet and bake it for 30-35 minutes or if preferred you can deep fry the balls in hot oil.
