Step 1 :

Chop, red and yellow bell peppers, capsicum and spring onions.

Step 2 :

Cook these in 2 tbsp of olive oil till it turns brown, sprinkle salt and black pepper on the mixture, keep it aside to cool.

Step 3 :

Take two bread slices, add ketchup on one and red chilly sauce on the other.

Step 4 :

Place a cheese slice on one of the bread after adding the mixture and cover it with the other slice after applying mint chutney on it.

Step 5 :

Toast the bread until crisp and have your yummy sandwich.
